When you move client from “Active/Lead” to “Former” state, PTminder signals PaySmart to suspend client’s payment schedule endlessly. This means no payment will be collected from your client:
You can do this following this steps:
- Go To “Client tab” and pull up your client’s profile
- Change Client Status to: “Former”
- Confirm your request
- And that’s it!
