Understanding Different Fees (Establishment fee, Transaction fees, Dishonour fee, and Joining fee)
* Establishment Fee - refers to Debitsuccess's registration fee. All new client registers are required to pay this fee. It can be shouldered by the Trainer or pass on to the client. This fee is set to be paid by client in default. If trainer wants to shoulder this, then please contact PTminder Support so we can coordinate the request to DS Account Managers.
* Transaction Fee - refers to the fee charged at every transaction. Transaction Fees is set to be paid by Trainer in default. If trainer wants to pass it on to their clients, then they should increase their service's fee. Please note that DebitSuccess has different rate for Bank Account, Credit Card and AmEx. Therefore, trainer should always consider their client's payment method when calculating their service's fee if they want to pass on the transaction fee to their client.
* Dishonour Fee - refers to the fee added on top of client's regular payment whenever transaction declines due to insufficient funds. This fee is set to be paid by client in default, but in any case Trainer would want to shoulder this then please contact PTminder Support.
* Joining Fee - refers to the registration fee the facility normally charge on top of DebitSuccess Establishment fee as part of client registration. This fee can be setup only by communicating directly to Debitsuccess. If the Trainer wants to add Joining Fee, then please contact PTminder Support.
