From your smartphone or tablet using the PTminder App, check-ins are a super quick way to keep track of which clients attended your group classes as they walk in the door. Bring up your list of clients booked in for the class and mark their attendance with a simple thumbs-up or thumbs-down button next to their name. This way when it comes to reconciling later on, most of the work is already done for you.
You're able to record your client attendance whether they've:
ATTENDED or MISSED
You can do this through your 'Dashboard' by clicking on the thumbs-up icon next to the class:
OR through the 'Calendar' tab:
Client 'Check In' will immediately record your client's attendance so you can easily reconcile your client's booking later on.
